In her role, Bailey helps support opportunities across the state and beyond that advance and align with UW’s mission. She finds the most rewarding part of herwork in observing the creation of ideas within research, education, and outreach. Each idea is new and different, and each partnership offers something unique, providing opportunities that support both campus and industry. 

Bailey joined the UW Foundation two years ago and served as an administrative associate, where she always prioritized creativity, dedication, and collaboration. Originally from Fresno, California, she earned her degree in agricultural business from California State University, Fresno, and also brings eight years of experience in accounting and finance to the OISP team.

Bailey is proud to call Laramie home, as she values the strong sense of community it offers her, her son Maddox, and their dog Rory. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, exploring the outdoors and taking road trips.
